When it came time to sell my mom’s house there was no shortage of obstacles to overcome. There was no will, there was a reverse mortgage that the bank was going to be foreclosing on, and lastly, a family friend was living there. Mike said they could handle it and I thought well, let’s see. Mike found a good attorney to get through probate in a timely manner.

Now the bank is noting that I’m actively trying to sell the house. Mike even found some help for the tenant to move. Pretty cool.
